Dark Shark Taco-Attack HQ

I hate bashing local businesses, especially other "chefs(?)".. 3 stars may mean average for some, but I was not impressed with the overall menu, concept, and taste of the tacos. I couldnt heart giving 1 star...but it didn't taste fresh...and to be fair...It seemed like something a college kid would make for dinner based on his available ingredients in his fridge. The burger taco was disgusting. Other friends had Taco combinations with hush puppies. The ingredients were basic, as if the lettuce and tomatoes were pulled off a gas station salad bar. The burger meat was supposed to be mixed with chorizo, but the chorizo did not stand out. The beef had no flavor and was watery with cheese . Hushpuppies? I mean if you want to do something different, that's great, but I feel like the hushpuppy mix was just an attempt to make money on a boxed product. Maybe I'm missing something... If you want a good taco, I'd skip this truck and find something authentic or something that offers more variety and culinary appeasement. Disappointed to say the least.

Exeptional food and what a great bang for my buck! The tacos were double stuffed in my opinion. Outdoor eating area had music playing which created a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely a must try
