Dunkin'

So this location is AMAZING! Their food is great they have a 100 on their health code score and the staff is ALWAYS nice! I'm here today to give the MANAGER a BAD REVIEW! Today my husband and I went inside to get breakfast and the manager was belitting one of their employees for missing a spot while cleaning. He even grabbed the credit card reader from out in front of us aggressively without saying excuse me and started yelling at his employee. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! ALI BE NICE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES YOU ARE A TERRIBLE MANAGER!

Great Dunkin’ managed by a great guy (Ali). Staff members are really friendly, this place is extremely clean and guess what? Coffee is made the right way every time! I used to go to an other one in town but I definitely drive the extra mile everyday to get my dose there now. Highly recommended.

so i went in this morning and the worker was outstanding. like this guy definitely deserves a raise. like he obv loves his job. you know i ordered my medium vanilla iced coffee w cream and sugar as usual and instead of shaking the drink like the workers normally do to mix it he literally throws it i the air and spins it then hands it to me!!! it made my morning and his energy was so uplifting and he was radiating good vibes throughout the whole cafe,,, didn’t catch this guys name but he was middle eastern (just in case you guys actually wanted to give him that raise)

Food is always great but it kinda sucks to walk in and ask how you're doing to the person at the counter for them to not say a word to you. Then finally after a minute of standing there looking at Doughnuts finally ask what they can get me. No smile, no emotion. Like cool I'm tired too been up all night but I'm still trying to be polite....
