    I don't think my reviews are needed to make this place look good. It already is great. Went at midnight and the food was the perfect usher to my bed. Great chicken sandwich. Great service

    Our server Tamara was wonderful! We got our order really quick and never had to ask for anything she anticipated everything!

    I wish it was still 24/7, since I am very much a night owl. However, the service is always really good. Sometimes there's a wait to be seated or recieve your food, but it's understandable when everyone around wants some pancakes an hour before close.

    This IHOP cleans the lobby floor every morning with a VERY strong smelling cleaner that smells similar to Pine-sol or Lysol. Super unpleasant. In addition, the lobby is so cold that the windows are covered with condensation. The service is usually decent, and so is the food. Pretty much what you would expect at an IHOP.
