    Drive thru order....Got my food and all my substitutions were correct. Also, I forgot to add 2 cookies. There were no cars behind me, so I asked if it was ok to get the cookies at the window. The young lady said sure and very nicely added them to my order. Zaxbys has great quality chicken strips!
