“This location is my favorite. It seems to have more flavors to choose from than others. Plus they always put candy eyes on the ice cream which I think is fun and a nice touch. Also, the parking side , rear of building, is super dark, and my elderly mom couldn’t see a thing, and there are parking bumpers and a step. Not very safe, someone could easily trip. This location desperately needs to get flood lights in the back. Iam going to call corporate and make them aware. I wish I could post a pic. Also, the Albany location, area Iam from, has a drive through and it’s well lit. I think this location needs an update .”

Food is a little more expensive than fast food services, but there are a lot of great tasting and healthy food selections here and that is why I continue to return. They have made mistakes, but rarely, on my orders, like forgetting to include an item or not having an item available after it was listed on the web menu, but they always sincerely apologize and provide rewards or upgrades when pointed out. Never have I received bad food with my order. In summary, great tasting, healthy food with good service.”

“I wish the quality of food that IHOP was better. I prefer that they used shell eggs instead of liquid eggs. I had to have my eggs replaced because they gave me liquid eggs. The pancakes are amazing and the butter pecan syrup takes it to a whole new level. I rarely eat at IHOP but I do belive it is a cheaper quality food compared to other breakfast places.”

I like that you can choose to place your order from their computers or you can do it the old fashioned way and order through one of their friendly employees. Love the atmosphere - rustic decor, indoor and outdoor seating, fireplace. I had no clue this Panera existed until recently because you don't see it from the road unless you're really looking. It blends right in with the government buildings. I would definitely recommend stopping in though... You won't be disappointed!”
