I've been in Athens a while now and I didn't have an "OMG" moment over food in a while, but I did at Nedza's over their Spicy Chicken Biscuit - it was PHENOMENAL!

The sausage biscuit with the Siracha on it was good, but not great like the Spicy chicken.

Add in the fact their donuts, ALL OF THEM, are incredible and this will become a new frequent of mine for breakfast out!

Very friendly and attentive staff. The chicken and waffles are just a flavor bomb. Chicken was very crunchy and mixed very well with the cream cheese syrup. Waffle was buttery and fluffy to compliment everything. Overall, it was an amazing experience from both service and food.

Nedza’s has a perfectly sized menu for dessert. The bubble cone is nothing but genius. Kimberly was super helpful and charismatic. I haven’t met the owners but I feel she expressed the companies values to the fullest. Haven’t had their brunch yet but can’t wait to try it. Will be back shortly!

From start to finish I felt like I was important. The staff is friendly and enjoyable to speak with. The food only took a few minutes to prepare. I was overwhelmed by the explosion of flavors in every bite. The biscuits are huge; I’m 300 pounds and was only able to eat one of them. It’s clean and well organized and I felt safe during my visit. I am excited to return and try something new.

Great homemade food, amazing service, and some very nice touches like writing a compliment for each customer make this a local Athens business worth supporting. In a day and age where Athens is more and more being taken over by chains and luxury apartments, it's imperative to support local spots like this. Nedzas started as a small operation and finally got their own space. Well worth checking out :)
