Shake Shack

I had just disembarked from a cross-country flight from San Diego to Atlanta on my way home. I had a hankering for a milkshake. I made my way to the Shake Shack only to find it had just closed. An employee there kindly informed me that they had just closed. However, such was his dedication to customer service, he asked me what I was hoping to get. He promptly went back and made me a cookies and cream shake.

Thanks Dwight and the rest of the crew for your kindness and attention to me and the other customers waiting for their orders. Watching the team interact showed me that they are attentive, passionate about a job well done, and they care about each other. Y’all made my night. You gained a big fan tonight.

I have never eaten there before tonight. Once I arrived it had just closed, and the Manager nicely allowed me to order. I ordered a hamburger, and it was delicious!! One of the best burgers I ever tasted.

Stopped in here for a burger ???? and shake and that’s what I got. The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and well presented. Very good for what you get. Burger and fries were very tasty. Service was prompt and order was spot on. Inside store was festive and cheery but a little cold a felt a bit unclean for nit being busy. A great value for what you receive.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it wasn't that tasty. However, Atlanta itself has a lot to offer. I really like Atlanta, there's a lot to do and see. People are friendly and nice, for the most part. I look forward to going back some day.
