Of course it was amazing! Lives up to the hype. Best cornbread I've ever had (I'm sorry Granny) and lots of variety on the menu. The wait time was only 30 minutes at lunch time and the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is low-intensity -- even though the place is full you still feel at home. I will say that the entree portions are rather small for the price you pay but they fill you up with salad and corn bread so much that you don't really mind.

One of my favorites!! I have to admit that I get the same thing every time and it's not even an entree!! I eat about 5 of the cake-like corn bread, then order a cup of the spicy sausage gumbo, and then top it off with the best bread pudding on the planet. The only reason I would stray from this pattern is if they happen to have the chocolate creme brulee for the dessert of the day! It's to die for and I can come back tomorrow for the bread pudding!!

Last night was our 1st night to try Henry's, after several high recommendations, and we were not disappointed that we chose to celebrate our Anniversary here! Every thing was absolutely amazing. Michael, our server, was probably one of the BEST servers we've ever had anywhere. The food was absolutely fantastic. I will no longer have to send my husband to Louisiana to get my Boudin Balls, that's for sure! ????
Thanks for a great evening, we will be back soon!

Delicious variety of tasty and savory dishes at Henry's. Fun people and lots of customers. Makes a great refreshing spot if you're store-hopping in the historic district. The chef can make your dish very spicy or not spicy at all depending on your wishes. Family friendly.

Dinner for 5 on a Wednesday for shrimp boil. Henry greeted us at the door and we were promptly seated. Staff and servers were on point and the food was delicious. Peel n eat shrimp and seafood pasta. Really a great restaurant. Great vibe, great service, great food and a owner who loves life and the art of Cajun cuisine.
