“GREAT! I don't give a place a 5 star review if it doesn't earn it. It was the first time that I had been to this place to eat. The first thing that I liked was that the employees didn't seem to mind actually taking my order instead of forcing me to place my order on a kiosk. The service was excellent, and not just for me. While I ate my meal, I was attentive to how several employees was seeing to other customers needs. I believe that they actually enjoyed doing their jobs, which is unlike most fast food restaurants that I've been to recently. At one point, one of the workers asked all customers, "Has anyone been waiting ten minutes or more for your order, if so I will check on your order." Finally, the food was fresh, meaning it didn't taste like it had been sitting on the counter for several hours. Kudos to the servers, managers, and owners. There are some who still believe that customer service is important.”

“This is my first time trying their sandwiches and I’m already thinking of coming back tomorrow for lunch! I tried the Tavern Club and it is hearty! The meat is thick but moist. I substituted the multigrain sandwich bread for the bakery roll and I’d do it again!! I also tried the smashed potato salad and it was pretty good with the sandwich. Not the kind of potato salad I am used to since it had shredded cheese inside and was peppery in flavor but it was tasty. The staff is pleasant too! Michele was very helpful and patient.”

Edit on 9/3: I would like to amend this review because even though my service was really very good, my server forgot to bring back my card and I had to go back and get it a couple of days later. That happens (and I should have been more attentive myself), but when I called and eventually retrieved my card, no one apologized or said anything about the oversight. I would have expected more.”

“Watch out! Not Great Wraps at Cumberland Mall! Now Gyro Wraps at Cumberland Mall. Like the store in Buford, the wrap was okay, but this time the fries, not curly fries, were only okay. I bought the Santa Fe chicken with curly fries in Buford GA. I thought the wrap was okay, but I loved the curly fries! So I the next day, I went to what I thought was my local Great Wraps at Cumberland Mall to buy the Santa Fe chicken with curly fries again. BUT to my great disappointment, they did not have the curly fries with a variety of flavored seasoning salts because they were no longer Great Wraps! They had some season salt with no named flavor. The employee apologized and said they do not have the Cajun seasoned salt. I didn’t want Cajun seasoned salt! I wanted a variety of seasoned salts. The Cumberland Mall store is now Gyro Wraps. They bought out the Great Wraps location. So watch out! Make sure you are at the right store.”

“I have never heard of Fresh To Order and I was at the Mall and someone suggested them. I Love This Place!! The Food Is Absolutely Delicious!! They are pricey, but I have been ordering "Healthy food" at other places and easily spending $10-$15 getting very little food to eat. I am very pleased with the price and the amount of food they gave me. I highly recommend this place!!”
