I keep trying and trying to be happy with this one and I am let down now for a 5th time 5 REALLY? Been too 8 other locations across the country and all great this one doesn't listen when you say what you want and how you want it. Then you explain again same mistake. Mostly simply jalapenos when you day no,zero,none. Come on. Same girl 3 of the times you tell her and same results no chipotle and added jalapenos. I want to give them higher ratings because I love the food but some better care for customers request would help. One girl loves being there always perk . Other girls not so much. Come on lady's!

Walked in and immediately noticed the young ladies working behind the counter with long hair, free and flowing!! All in customers food. When the electricians be leaned forward her hair touched the persons sandwich in front of me.... I looked around fir a manager to express my concerns about the uncleanliness of that.. evidently that was the manager on duty! The other young lady working the grill had green hair that was all over everywhere... being a previous manager of a long standing restaurant just down the road, and now am a restaurant owner in Cobb County, I know there are regulations that you follow! And I will not come back to a place that allows employees to let their hair hang down to where it touched the food they are preparing! Pull your hair back like the health dept requires you to do!!!!

First time in to eat and we will definitely be back! So glad they opened this store right around the corner from my house. For being brand new the staff seemed very well trained and polite. Our order was taken promptly and my sub was delicious! I think i just found my new lunch spot!
