The oyster stew appeared to be more water than stew but the oysters in it were tasty. The fried oyster PO- Boy was very good however.
Good seafood at a good price, staff is always friendly & professional , a good place with good prices that is worthy of your support
Always a good place to eat always made fresh for new order it
Listen folks, you have to know what you're getting into here. Where I grew up, we would have called this place a "fish camp." Its simple seafood served grilled, fried, or blackened. No frills, no thrills. Except in this case, its run by a Chinese lady and her family so there is fried rice on the menu and Chinese game shows on the TV...its a funky fusion, but it works. The fried shrimp are wonderful and even though we are 5 hours from the coast, all the seafood tastes fresh. It is what it is...and it succeeds.
And just to address the gentleman who felt that the restaurant is racist, the cooks are Mexican for the most part, the wait staff are ethnically diverse, and the kitchen would have no way of knowing what color the skin was of the person for whom they were preparing the meal. Maybe give them another shot.
When I'm in the mood for fried seafood, hush puppies, and slaw, this is where I come.
