Rachel’s Southern Cuisine meets my company and personal catering services. The food is wonderful , great tastings and appropriate serving sizes per person . I tried Rachel's yesterday when I tell you this food was amazing. Season in every bite I tried the Salmon and shrimp, BBQ chicken. The green beans and macaroni and cheese is absolutely delicious. Much love was put into this food. The tea was also very good.

We finally tried out Rachel's today after driving past it a few times a week! Why did we wait so long?! The food was excellent -- my husband was in love with the blackened salmon with shrimp, steamed cabbage (the best) and okra. Since it was a Saturday and they offer barbecued entrees, I tried the cornish hen, collard greens and mac-n-cheese -- all delicious! We also enjoyed their peach and mango teas. Finally, the service was truly wonderful. The owner was very kind and helpful, and we appreciated getting to meet her. Don't be fooled by the unassuming view of the restaurant from the street -- the restaurant is clean and charming, and the food and service is well worth the visit! We'll be back again.

Visiting Houston and looking for a place to eat lunch. Yelp guided us here. The reviews are spot on. Is this the best burger in Texas? It's definitely up there. Tasty fries.

The place isn't about atmosphere. White walls. Some nice rock posters. It was warm in the middle of the day. Great place to grab delicious eats, but not a date place.

If you have not stopped by Rachel's Southern Cuisine yet, please do so! The food is great and the customer service is even better. I enjoyed my entire meal and the peach and mango tea was very good too. While waiting on my food, I had a chance to talk with Mrs. Rachel and I really liked her spirit, felt as if I've known her for awhile. I will be back to try the seafood on the weekend!
