Good food like home cooking at a reasonable price. Food is served buffet style. Fried chicken was really good as was the peach cobbler. Employees were very friendly. This was my first time at John Boy's but won't be my last.

Wonderful selection, rotation of items on the menu daily. Friendly staff reasonably priced. A good place to go with the family for vegetables and home made Meats, good dessert selection also. But you have to try the sweet potatoes they are out of this world yum.

Exactly what it says: great home-style cooking. Unassuming "greasy spoon" atmosphere. Fried chicken, greens, decent selection of casserole veggies. Price for buffet includes sweet tea

Went there last Saturday close to shift change. Where lots of Restaurants don't do well around shift change they did very well. Food was good and had a good variety for all you can eat buffet. Service was very good. The only reason I was not sure how to rate on the stars was ..... on the wall I saw a roach bug running across the wall not far from a buffet table. Looked for the health food score did not see it.

$10 for all you can eat buffet. Food is always fresh. Restaurant is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. Price for value is spot on. The place is always crowded due to high popularity.
