    This Schlotzsky’s is always clean, food comes out quick, and the staff is always extremely kind and polite. It is very well managed.

    Update: Upgraded one star after owner reached out to apologize for my bad experience. Thanks for that!
    Original review: Really clean, pleasant environment. Nice people. Excellent tea. BUT both visits what I ordered is not what I was given. Today, I got food to share and both sandwiches in my bag were wrong AND awful - a small amount of undercooked bacon and cheese, nearly invisible avocado, plus a crunchy tomato slice, that's it. I could have driven back to get my food remade but I shouldn't have to do that; they went into the trash. Next time I'll go somewhere else unless all I want is tea.
