“I attended a network meeting here the other night. We were in the room to the side which was perfect for mingling and meeting others, but also away from the people dining there in the main area. “I would have LOVED to give a 5 star review , especially after what appears to be the store manager pointing out that there was still 1 blueberry muffin, & the store was for the most part clean , their was some trash at the lid/straw station & some minor spills ( which I actually cleaned up myself before finishing setting up my fountain drink ) - there also was some trash at the counter ( that I also told the clerk that was about to ring me up , & then asked her if there was a trash can back there & she did take the trash from me & threw it away). But SHE WAS RUDE , she did NOT smile at all , she did not say thank you , have a nice day - NOTHING , just blah expressions on her face & only spoke what was absolutely necessary- she told me my total , she asked what pump I was on & told me the total going on the pump ( which was said WRONG & lastly asked if I wanted the receipt . That’s IT ! I had to go back in bc I thought she put the wrong amount since she verbally said I would have $24.80 when I said make it $30 total & my pre gas purchase was like $5.80 ( yes I know that doesn’t add up right ) - I am only saying what she said. Then I saw the 5 hour powers & said I am so sorry but I need to add this - then her & the store manager started talking bc she was trying to add it up again since I said just go ahead and make it $35 total , all I HEARD her say was “ so that’s $29.— ( I didn’t hear the change) so when I only pumped $25.29 I obviously thought something was off so I went back in - of course same exact personality, no apology NOTHING - actually the store manger took her side saying “I WAS STANDING RIGHT HERE WHEN SHE WRUNG YOU UP!” - as if I was trying to cheat them out of a couple bucks in gas !!! Seriously ? I was only going off what she had said , and when I did the math in my head I knew $29 was too much but thought it would have been like $27. & change , I didn’t have the receipt & again I was only going off what numbers she said before I added the 5 HR & after. The amount apparently was in fact correct , but had she not said I was getting $24.80 on the pump w a $30 total & then I only added an item that was $3.50, and increased it to a total of $35 & she said $29.- I would not have thought the pump was incorrect & came back inside in the 1 st place! Anyone would assume that they would get around $26-$27 on the pump ( ESP WHEN SHE HERSELF SAYS “so I put $29.- on the pump “. They could have AT LEAST APOLOGIZED FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION, or the INCONVENIENCE- even if they didn’t mean it bc that’s what you do in customer service - you TREAT THE CUSTOMER W RESPECT , you don’t insinuate that they are trying to rip you off a whole $2 when you just spent $35 , and when a situation arises , even if the customer is wrong , you STILL apologize for the miscommunication & inconvenience & tell them to have a nice day & SMILE - not just stand around with rude blah facial expressions , and she was like that both times I had to come in the store & toward other customers - it just doesn’t make the store look good , or inviting !!!! So Race Trac I HOPE YOU TALK TO YOUR YOUNGER EMPLOYEES & TEACH THEM SOME MUCH NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & maybe some better manners !!! Thank you & have a nice day ????”

Two you get ladies there. Both super nice and efficient. Got the spinach wrap. Was made perfectly. Fresh produce. Area was clean and no shoppers or random people hanging around in the subway. “Lady who served us was quick with everything and the coffee was fresh. There wasn't anything majorly wrong with my order either, just a little undercooked hash browns. Overall a good experience, and I will definitely be returning to this one as the other I went to was rather bad. Also this one is a decent bit larger than any other waffle House I had been to before which was kind of nice because you can sit farther away from the other guests if you want your privacy. Was pretty clean as well, no sticky table. Oh and the blueberry waffle is the best, definitely recommend.”

“I recently hosted a Birthday Party for my husband. Natty's was the preferred restaurant I chose to cater the food. I requested a taste and see appointment. To my amazement the food was just what I hoped for, along with the friendliness, professionalism, and a willingness to please. I met with Chef Niki, and she was very accommodating. She assured me I would be pleased, and that I was. The items I had catered from Natty's were as follows: Oxtails Peas n Rice Steamed Cabbage Fresh Green Beans Potato Salad The only reason why I did not rate a "5" review is because their was too much mixed vegetables, and (lettuce which I don't care for in the potato salad). Other than that the food was Great! Our guests experienced a WOW FACTOR! They really enjoyed the meal. “Delicious! The rolls were fantastic. The salad was really good, a bit over dressed. I had the lasagna with meat sauce and mushrooms . Lots of flavor, lots of meat and a large helping. “This was my first time at the restaurant and I was very impressed by the food. My eggs were cooked perfectly and my bacon was delightfully crisp. We shared at our table so I was able to try a mystic French toast and the lemon blueberry pancakes. Fantastic! The reason I did not get more stars was that our waitress wanted us gone before we ever started. She brought the check about 5 to 10 minutes after we got our food. She kept coming by and asking if she could take our plate that we were still eating from. Our fork would be halfway to our mouth and she would say can I take your plate now. she offered to take our food away from us at least four times. The place was busy and people were waiting for tables so we weren't going to stay and talk but we needed to at least eat our food. Then when she brought our bill she stood there and waited for us to get credit cards out of purses and to write the tip, and do the addition. It was a new experience! But I really enjoyed the food and the restaurant was clean.”

“They have the absolute BEST pozole around. I ordered it one time and now I come back at least once monthly for more. And I've tried it at many restaurants. Theirs is the best by a mile. I was there today at lunchtime and no other customers were in the dining room. I know Mondays are probably a slower day for restaurants, but I'd love to see this place packed because I want them to be successful and stick around. I think if people had the opportunity to try their pozole, they'd be addicted to it like I am. It would be great if they had a presence at some of the festivals on the Marietta Square.. I'm thinking offer the soup at a fall event on the square? Maybe give out business cards, coupons, or something with each order. People would surely come to the restaurant for their soup fix once they tried it. The secret needs to get out!”
