“The store has good customer service but the cafe, although now with a revised menu and employees, is painfully slow in its service. The food is good, but it is not a place where you can drop by on a lunch hour and pick up food, because you will be stranded there with your boss wondering what happened to you. They never seem to have a lot of business, and I suspect the lax service is the issue, because the food is decent. I understand that the vibe of the place is kind of laid back and granola crunchy, but really people, respect that your customers have jobs. If someone waits forever and walks out because they can’t get their food in a timely manner, it might mean they have to work the rest of the day on an empty stomach, which sucks.”

“Best chicken in Atlanta area, no contest! When I moved here and found out there were multiple locations, I got excited. Coming from Michigan, we visited Chicago often. Harold's Chicken was always a "must visit" spot when there. Unfortunately, the service sucks more often than not when going to either location. If their customer facing staff did better with customer engagement and lose the always-on attitudes, I'd easily give five stars. Fortunately, I can get carryout, minimize the attitude exposure, and enjoy some delicious chicken wings.”
