Cafe Lucia

I frequented this quaint cafe during my visit to Atlanta - they have amazing coffee and some yummy breakfast food options. David was so nice and friendly! We stopped by before the cafe opened and he served us with the warmest coffee we’d had in Smyrna :)

We had brunch this morning at Cafe Lucia and it was amazing! Every item that our family ordered was delicious! Egg Bowls, Pesto Turkey Sandwich, French Toast, Berry White Latte....everything was excellent! Browsing the Farmer's Market after Sunday brunch was an added treat! The perfect ending to a family weekend in Smyrna!

Cafe Lucia is such a great little secret of Smyrna. The food is very good, the service is great and the owner/manager is the highlight of your visit. Get a honeybee latte (iced or hot, it's good either way or a Mimosa, whatever is your thing) and one of the breakfast sandwiches. You won't regret it. Tell them Bonnie/ Annie (inside joke) sent you!

My search for a go to coffee shop might have just ended here. This place and the people are enough to keep me coming back, but the coffee was excellent! I was looking for a spot with good food, good coffee and enough room to get some work or reading done. This place didn’t miss! Stop by, you won’t regret it.

I do not recommend going here for food if you don't have 30 to 45 minutes to wait for a grilled cheese. The coffee is delightful and is completed in a timely manner. I asked the girl behind the counter after the third time approaching to find out about my order (two grilled cheese sandwiches and a chicken salad sandwich) and she said it was normal for it to take 30 minutes to get my food. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait. I left 3 stars because the coffee is good.

I updated my review from three stars to four after the owner responded. I simply wish that at the time of ordering I was given a estimated time for when the food would be ready. I appreciate the response from ownership. Thank you for receiving my feedback
