McDonald's

This is a very slow location. I've never seen a McDonald's that has so much trouble filling drive through orders. Frequently, there are 3 to 4 cars waiting in a drive through over flow, which is after the pick up window, and the wait can be about 10 minutes idling. At least the service is usually nice and friendly, if you have the patience to wait for your food. You're better off going to the one at Cumberland and Spring. It's much faster, especially if you are doing Drive Through.

I normally do a lot of pickups during the afternoon. The staff is friendly. Saturday's are the worse with the staff. The managers walk right pass you and don't ask if you need any help...They definitely need to have customer service training..

The girls in both windows were awesome but unfortunately when I got home I was missing an item out of the bag and had to go back but the store resolved the issue well

Good food. Maybe need a little more training for some.
Had a hard time explaining to the girl I wanted 5 of their 2 for 4 special. She kept wanting to charge me for 5 single biscuits. Then I had to wait for my food.
