I go to this location frequently and am always treated like family and if there is ever an issue (which I’ve never really had a true issue) is fixed immediately. “Pretty good experience. Went with my family (fairly large group) and our waiter did a fantastic job keeping us informed and happy. Later found out he wasn’t actually a waiter but a manager. He did a phenomenal job! My food was good, but the lobster ravioli only came with 5 ravioli pieces. I was a little disappointed. But the flavor was good. Texture was not what I anticipated but the sauce was very light and flavorful.”

“We had a blast this time we went. Some of the past visits haven't been as 'fun', but this one was different. I didn't get the guys name that handle our table but he was great. He did things that were new and fresh. He added a unique flair to our dinning experience. He wasn't the same old type of routine. We love our hibachi meals as a family, but seeing the same old routines can get boring. This guys mixed it up and we actually laughed and had a blast. We actually left not only with our stomachs hurting from being full, but from laughing with him. He was good. We will definitely try and get him next time we visit.”

“It’s an okay Subway, but avoid tuna. I’ve gotten food poisoning from here before, more than once. Those times were when I ate the tuna. Everything else is fine and usually tastes alright. The interior is typically relatively clean and I’ve never had any issues with any staff. I’ve had better, but it’s alright. Just make sure you avoid the tuna.”

“I visited Major Q a few days ago late afternoon. Kind of slow but the staff was still attentive and very friendly. Customer service is key for me and they hit it spot on for being a down time in the day. I ordered a combo plate with ribs and burnt ends, mac & cheese, and potato salad. The ribs were very very good but the highlight of my box was the burnt ends. They were perfect for me with the fat rendered and the beef flavor shining through. Both ribs and burnt ends were seasoned nicely and had good smoke. The mac & cheese was really good. Cheesy and it looked like different types of pasta. If I have to knock anything, and it's not a big knock, it would be the potato salad. It was pretty good but it didn't blow me away like the burnt ends and mac & cheese. I will definitely be back. This is a great spot!”
