Great service great food.

Came here for me and my wife's anniversary. Had never heard of this place but saw it online and decided to check it out. Started off with a couple of Cesar salads and a couple of drinks. I ordered the lasagna and my wife got the pasta carbonara. The lasagna was some of the best I've ever had and the pasta was delicious as well. Would definitely come back to try different items off the menu

Best Italian food in the C.S.R.A! Pasta made from scratch every single day and all ingredients are locally sourced when possible. The owner routinely makes the rounds checking on all customers and is very involved and dedicated in giving back to the local community (especially our youth). And don't let the fact that its Italian scare you from trying the steak...oh my!

We went to Cucina 503 for a farewell party. The menu was preset of three dishes and each was amazing. This was the second time I've been here and the food has never disappointed me. The manager was very helpful and the servers attentive. I would definitely recommend coming here either for a good dinner meal or as a location for your next party.

Solid restaurant, one of the better that I've been to in a while. Food was well prepared, all three of our dishes were well balanced and resembled dishes found in Europe. One of my favorite dishes is carbonara and it actually had the raw egg, something not found often in America. Wine list was abundant, same with the beer. Dessert was made to perfection. Price point is higher than most in Augusta but worth it for a higher quality meal.
