“Culver's is a friendly casual far above average fast food restaurant. Being from Illinois where Culver's was a staple I was ecstatic when I discovered there was one being built local to us. We do make the 25 minute drive for this restaurant. I recommend signing up for the flavors of the day to receive an email with the specialty custard flavor of the day or downloading the app. In addition, the cheese curds are fantastic.”

“The ingredients are fresh and high quality. There is a Jones soda machine which is fun, and I love their salsas. Their tofu is very well cooked and seasoned, but the employees often seem to get my instructions wrong. Last time, I asked for a little corn, as the corn is sweet and can easily overpower other flavors, and the employee put in three scoops. It still tasted great, but left me puzzled. Did they mishear or were they messing with me?”

“This was an interesting stop, as the Firehouse restaurant next door forgot to include my drink and then wanted to charge extra for their mistake when it was brought to light. So we jumped in here for a quick drink to go with our meal before getting back on the road, and not only was the staff very friendly... they gave us the drink at no charge! Excellent customer service, & you can bet that the next time I'm in the area, THIS is where I'll be grabbing a bite to eat. Highly recommended!”

“I took my family to Applebee's for dinner last night. I felt like a teenage boy dressed up for prom waiting downstairs for his date to get ready. It was quite the wait for the food. However once the food got there, we were more then ready to eat it. I ordered the Classic Sampler, my spouse the Ribs, and my kid the Chicken Alfredo. The Ribs sauce was extremely sweet just fyi. The Sampler was allot of food easily shareable for two. If you go in on off hour times the service is much better. It is my guess they were understaffed last night. This place is kid friendly.”

The burgers are fantastic and well worth the wait as they make them fresh. The wings tossed in sauce are really good, as is the half chicken. “The pizza tastes great and they often have good deals, but the service at this location is always suspect. I use the app to order most of the time and this location seldom has my order ready when they say it will be ready. Even when I order ahead for a later delivery or pickup, they still seem to have problems having it ready on time. For instance, I ordered three pizzas at 2pm for a 5:30 delivery. I called at 5:45 when it still hadn't arrived and was told that there system showed I just placed the order and it was still being made. Very frustrating!”

Every time I order delivery, it takes over an hour and a half. Tonight I placed an order for delivery and nearly TWO HOURS later, I get an email saying my order was cancelled and they can't deliver to my address today. TWO HOURS waiting and THEN cancelled?? “Amazing place with incredible food! For those adventurers looking for good, local food or those of us who are just craving a big, juicy, classic burger, Hula Dawgs is a hidden gem. I highly recommend the Big Kahuna, onion rings, and lumpia (Filipino egg rolls), but honestly, it's all pretty damn tasty. Unfortunately, it's for sale at the moment, but they're still open, and I would advise dropping by ASAP to meet the super friendly family that runs this place before they pass it on!!”

“I went there with a fellow Soldier and we thought it was great. He had fried shrimp with beef fried rice and I had catfish with shrimp fried rice. There was no additional cost to add a protein to my fried rice. Unexpected but very pleasing. The portion size of my fish was great. I had plenty of rice as well. I was shocked by the price and my lunch plate came with a glass of sweet tea. What I love was the food was cooked fresh and hot..too hot for me to eat right away. Also it wasn't over breaded and it was seasoned just right I didn't even have to add hot sauce. Please keep up the good work... I will bring others!!”
