Karvelas pizza co. Newnan

Food is delicious! The wings are the best, I tried 3 of their flavors. The pizza is awesome too. All their food is made fresh in-house.

So. I went there for the first time yesterday. I sat at the counter and got to talk with some of the staff. I felt right at home. They we're very friendly and welcoming. Now for the food. I got a slice of pepperoni and the fried pickles. I like to think of myself as a pizza expert. I mean...I've been eating it for over 60 years. It was exceptional. And the fried pickles...perfectly delicious. Go try it for yourself

Pizza was very good! Enjoyed watching the kid make the pizza....he made it look fun. Only problem was one of the 'family members' added final toppings and touched the pizza on a take out order before ours came out and did the same to ours WITHOUT gloves on. We inquired about it and he went to the back and didn't return to the expo station during our visit. Yes, he and others should know this is considered a health violation although the girl we said something to said "really because we all do it". Would be nice to request removal of some items on their list of pizzas without having to do a 'build your own'. Overall it was a great experience, good food, fun to watch, and friendly staff. Would absolutely recommend and we'll go back, but watch the final handling of our order closely. Fried pickles for appetizer, and their Great white pizza.

YOOOOO! THIS PIZZA WAS DOPE! I've been wanting some decent New York style pizza in Newnan for ages now, and I am super happy with Karvelas. Generous slices, smallish menu so they can focus on quality, great toppings, and the crust is killer. Really happy they're here, and within walking distance from work. Really fills a void in Newnan, and I wish them success.
