Great food, great environment, and very polite servers. The cook on the other hand, I could tell he was young. He had a kind hearted spirit, and a love for people that was different. He made my 2 year old son laugh and gave a great experience for my family and a few others that were new to the restaurant. I didnt catch his name, but I would love to have him cook for me soon again.
Great food and very nice customer service our cook Jacob did a amazing job! My daughter got scared of the fire an he put it out an didn't do it anymore. I recommend anyone to try this place and make sure you ask for Jacob
It was delicious, but I do have a problem with the staff. Put my salad to the side and tried my mushroom soup and immediately my salad was taken away. I wasn't even finished with it. And at the hibachi table I watched the same thing happen to another person. He wasn't even done with his food and the man cleaning tables grabbed his plate. If you could work on that would be great.
We love Tokyo! Frank is awesome, but we've not had a bad chef yet. They are all great. The food is fantastic now and the leftovers later. Lots of food for the money.
The food was very good. The ginger dressing was different than what I am used to, different isn't always bad. The dressing was actually good. The lobster, scallops and shrimp had a great taste. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but a nice atmosphere on the inside. This was my first time and I am from North Carolina. So I would say I had a good experience.
