Food was incredible (deserves 5 stars). Hostess deserves 1. My husband and I walked in and were immediately harassed by the hostess for a shirt my husband was wearing that represented the college team we support. We usually don’t mind rival fans making comments, but it was non-stop and continued to even after we sat down. The final comment that was made was, “how do you sleep at night?”. I suppose it was all in good fun, but this was our first time eating here and we’d never met the hostess before. For someone that is supposed to warmly welcome you to an establishment, she was a little (actually a lot) off-putting.
***UPDATE- came back to great service and still wonderful food. May have found our new “Sunday spot.” Appreciate the time taken to respond to our less-than-stellar first impression and steps taken to correct the problem. Our second time was the charm. 5 stars for for sure.
Amazing food! I would 100% recommend this. We had 4 entrees and split them amongst ourselves to try everything. All dishes were spectacular!!
Such a wonderful place. We had been wanting to try it for so long and finally got a chance to go. The chicken Cordon bleu sandwich was excellent. Our server, Grace, was very knowledgeable, super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!!
Love it so much! Every time I've come it's been amazing and memorable. The staff is so nice and helpful. The drinks are great - you can't go wrong with anything! Last time we came we got to sample salmon that was prepping for dinner and the chef came to tell us all about it. Can't wait to come back!
For the expensive prices, the food was not worth it. The food was good but not much was on my plate. I had the crispy shrimp salad. I only had maybe 4 shrimp and the rest was pretty much lettuce and a little bit of avocado and radishes. The dressing is amazing though-- guess that is mostly what they charge for. I only chose that salad because there was not much else to choose from. Their menu is limited. I would have loved a non-fried food choice. We had a ladies luncheon and a few other voiced the same thing that I'm sharing here. We will be going to somewhere else next time. I gave it three stars for the bottomless mimosas (tho I only had two), which were refreshing on a hot day. Plus, the staff was nice and accommodating to a large group.
