Senoia Smokehouse

The fried green tomatoes are fantastic and the smokehouse steak sandwich is something amazing. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant has a very good atmosphere! I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

I kept my original review below so you could compare. Our first visit was great, so we returned. On our second visit, two weeks later, the prices jumped 25-33% - in just two weeks. To make it worse, the food quality was down and so was the quantity. On our first visit I ordered a baked sweet potato, and it was huge - a great deal for $3, so I ordered it again on my second visit but this time it was extremely tiny - not a great deal for $4. My friend had a full sized bone in his Smokehouse Chicken sandwich. He showed it to our server who said, "Oh! That shouldn't be there." That was it. He wasn't looking for a free meal or anything, but we thought that it should have at least been acknowledged. I love supporting local and it grieves me to put up this subpar review. We will give then another chance, and I hope it's good.

One more five star review. The food was superb, the service was great, and the price was right. This place just moved to the top of our "Sunday after church dinner" rotation! Kudos to the management and their team.

5 stars for him, but 4 stars overall because my Cuban salad was served with just about 2 tablespoons of chicken crumbs and just about the same amount of the other advertised toppings except for no cilantro at all. Dressing was pretty much undetectable. Disappointing but hopefully just a growing pain. The last time we were there the fried onions were left off a Flying Chicken sandwich…. Levarius promised he’d share our feedback with the kitchen. All other food we ordered was good! No complaints there and we really appreciate the prices. We will definitely be back.

Leaving a 5 star so as not to mess with their average. They're a young business with a ton of potential. Our single visit was realistically a 3.8.

The good: the meat. Chicken, pork, brisket (from their food truck days, have not been able to try in store yet). All delicious. Service from all but one was phenomenal.

The bad: after a busy weekend they were out of a ton of things (including brisket). Instead of their full menu, they had a printed sheet of just a handful of things. Really would have been great if they posted it on their Facebook page ahead of time.. we would have come back another night. Everything other than the meat was pretty so-so. Nothing was bad, but nothing really got our attention. It's like they're trying to be fancy, fine dining, when they might be better off sticking to their roots. Then again, I'm no chef, so what do I know. 🤷🏻‍♂️
