The Blue Bicycle A Bistro

The food was fresh. Our server was exceptionally friendly. Our lunch choices were good but not something we would necessarily order again. Coffee creme brulee was excellent for dessert. A bit pricey and took a while for food to arrive, but again, everything was very fresh so certainly had not been sitting around waiting to be ordered.

We thought by the name it would be a little stop in cafe to get something simple but I guess the word "bistro" can encompass many levels of dining. In this case, it is fine dining. They didn't seem to mind we were not dressed for the price point of that menu. Since we were looking for something light to hold us over till dinner, we split a pork dish with a flavored risotto and were not disappointed. It was a wonderfully prepared meal and enough for both us and not be stuffed. The service was impeccable and we were glad we stayed instead of finding some place cheaper.

Can't wait to come back. Blackened catfish special with the kale slaw, golden rice and black eyed peas was outstanding. Thanks for a special dinner for my grandma's birthday!

I love this hidden gem! Consistent service and excellent food. Quiet, romantic, good for small family dinner gatherings. We've always had a pleasant experience and will return for years to come.

It was wonderful. The service is amazing. It's cozy! Nice wine choices. Try the steak fritz and the cream of mushroom soup is to die for.. I love the place!
