Everything has been excellent, the hostess ladies are very pretty dressed good and wearing makeup.. the waiters are so thoughtful and caring.. Every food dish is just Excellent! The first drink is just as good as the second.. they do not skink to save money. Staff acts like welcome and come stay the evening if you want too.. they chip in and help out with your children.. great place for the hole family. Such a thoughtful caring group of people! “My daughter and I often crave the bowls with mango sauce, wish it was closer! Just make sure to ask them to mix it before bagging, if you want to eat it right away! That is the only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars, poor customer service skills to not tell us about this change in policy when we ordered. Couldn't eat it untIl 45 minutes later when I arrived somewhere I could mix it. Then it was cold and I had to start my work shift hungry. No apology or compensation offer from the staff.”

“I've eaten here many times and enjoyed it every time. However, I've removed two stars because of my last meal there. They have a new "Nashville Hot" chicken on the menu. They highlight it with a picture like it's a really amazing new dish, so I ordered it. Since Friends' food is normally great, I honestly think the chef accidentally knocked down the granulated sugar container and dumped it in the sauce pot. The sauce was extremely gritty, like I was chewing on sand. And it had a really bizarre, sickly sweet and bitter flavor, almost like it contained Sweet-N-Low. Very disappointing. I have a feeling it isn't actually supposed to taste/feel like that, and that someone in the kitchen messed up. I'm afraid to try it again, though, in case that's how it's supposed to be. Someone let me know if you order it and it's different from how I describe.”

“Ask for Tami Our waitress Tami was so awesome....we came out here after shopping at the outlets. Not only were we greeted at the door by super friendly staff but we were seated immediately. (We weren't expecting that at all!) Our waitress Tami was not only friendly, thoughtful and efficient but she was super cool....I wished we had her at our location near our house! Way to go!
