The ambience is nice and inviting. Not too brightly lit. Soft music in the background. Patrons of all races, ages, and status. A nice vibe for a franchise. Speaking of the staff, I, personally, have been in the situation of not being able to order a specific item. The service associate was very apologetic and offered a substitution/suggestion - FOR FREE! Her suggestion was delicious and is now one of my favorite sandwiches to order. ???? This is one of my favorite places to eat for breakfast.”

“Went here on a Saturday night and had a good time. It's small. Great for an intimate date. The music is a little loud so it's kinda hard to have a conversation sometimes. The DJ was cool. She was playing a lot of fast paced music at first which didn't really fit the chill atmosphere. After a few hours they started playing more 90s hip hop and r&b, which fit the ambience a little better. The wait staff was very nice and attentive to us. The hookah was pretty good. I would definitely come back for happy hour.”

“We were from out of town and saw My Coffee Shop Eastlake on google when we were searching for a good spot for breakfast, and let me just say I am so glad we did. The breakfast food was incredible. Wonderful southern dishes cooked with that down home southern love. The staff was friendly, inviting, and showed they were actually interested in us as people and not just customers. The coffee selection was great too. All kinds of different roasts and beans. Overall an awesome experience having breakfast at My Coffee Shop this morning. So glad we found it.”
