“This was my first visit to Ameer's and I love Mediterranean food. The tabbouleh was delicious, the hummus seasoned well, and the pita has pockets and is moist. I had the lamb kabob and was very delighted with my choice they cook the meat to order and did so very well. The atmosphere is very casual and has a family owned feeling (because it is). I got to meet the owner who was very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this spot for anyone in the Emory - Decatur area for a wonderful, causal evening with friends. I would also recommend this little spot for anyone picky about their Mediterranean food as it was delicious, I'll be coming back for sure.”

“Jersey mikes subs are a refreshing taste to the mouth. I couldn’t help but notice that they are none on the predominately black side of towns. There was one near my home near interstate 20. I got dressed and drove about 8 miles and when i got there it was closed. Now i have to find something else to fill that void. The one thing i love about jersey mikes is they cut the meat and cheese in front of you. It’s FRESH FRESH!!! It’s YUM YUMMY!!!”

“I like American Deli, like the good old USA herself their menu is a melting pot of various foods. I get whatever I'm feeling and I'm generally not disappointed. This time I had the lamb gyro which was great except for the ranch dressing they used instead of the transitional tzatziki sauce (maybe they had run out). Other than the sauce the sandwich was good and the meat and definitely lamb. The atmosphere was pretty basic and the customer service was polite. Overall I'd come back to this location again and maybe next time ask them to hold the ranch.”
