    What can I say who doesn't love Starbucks. I wish I need the name of the employee at the drive-thru window so full of Joy! It helped take the sting out of a $5 cup of coffee. That being said the copy was great as always.

    AJ is very sweet. I went to the drive-through on a Friday morning when they were busy and I’m sure the team had a ton of orders to make but he was remained genuinely kind and patient both on the intercom and at the window. He’s a great asset to your team.

    This Starbucks used to have a LOT of order and timeliness issues, but they have really stepped their game up and gotten it together. Their staff is SO friendly and are doing such a good job with protecting customers during the pandemic, it's been a phenomenal turnaround.

    Austin is very professional and makes you feel like he’s happy to serve. Who doesn’t like being around positive energy? Keep it up Austin! 5 star rating if were faster. I Often sit in the drive thru for while.
