The Alden

Amazing! My girlfriend and I had the chef’s tasting menu with a wine pairing. Every bite was full of flavor. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend them for date night!

Incredible restaurant! The salads are different in terms of the combinations, also the presentation was so good you didn’t want to eat the salads. But they were very very good. Try the whole grain mustard dressing! We had the king salmon and the trout which so good that I recommend ordering either of those dishes. Also our friend had the red snapper (which he throughly enjoyed) and it looked delicious! Has no idea this restaurant was there but glad we stopped in.

Chef Jared and the entire team at The Alden are truly world-class. It's rare to find a restaurant that has mastered not only culinary excellence but also places equal emphasis in delivering exceptional customer service. Chef Jared's dishes reflect his worldly talents and experiences, but bring a local twist and representative flavor to each and every dish he prepares. Having eaten at this restaurant hundreds of times at this point, it's simply my favorite place in the entire region. The entire team goes out of their way to make you feel like you are at home and part of their family. World-class cuisine, excellent service, and great fellowship make The Alden stand out from their nearest competitors. They have additionally exceeded my expectations with their careful attention to COVID-19 response and ensured safety with all of their practices. I would highly recommend The Alden to anybody looking for an unforgettable dinner experience!

My wife and I spent our 31st anniversary at the Alden. We did the Chef’s Tasting and it was an unbelievable experience. It was great to see our meal prepared by Jared and his team. The detail and artistry that goes into the preparation made the great tasting food that much more enjoyable. The Alden is a gem in the Atlanta area. We travel from Powder Springs on a regular basis to go there.

An incredible restaurant! This was our second outing for dinner since COVID-19 started and we wanted to celebrate our 3rd anniversary at a nice restaurant. This restaurant is located within walking distance of where we live and we have always wanted to try out their food. We made a reservation and were able to request outside seating to accommodate social distancing which was wonderful. Our server was funny, attentive and very kind. And the food was incredible! Very unique dishes, great variety and the use of local ingredients was really delicious. My husband and I both very much enjoyed the atmosphere and the meal. AND to top it off, the chef gave us a card to wish us a happy anniversary and signed it personally! It was such a generous and thoughtful touch that we will not forget on our special day. I would highly recommend the Alden if you want a unique meal and attention to detail with your dining experience. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to all of our friends! :)
