I am a frequent customer and my experience is always positive

The drive thru cashier was pleasing. They did not have grilled chicken breast ready so she offered extra crispy. That was very nice of her.

I will not be coming back to this location. The food I received was good but it took a return trip to fix it and it still wasn't right. I normally stop by KFC on my way in for 3rd shift, unfortunately I wasn't able to visit my usual location do to traffic. Big mistake! I ordered a grilled big box with green beans and coleslaw. What I got was original recipe with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I caught the chicken mix up just before entering the highway and was able to circle back. Unfortunately I didn't check the sides until it was too late. The staff was nice enough and when I returned for the correct chicken, the young lady didn't make me wait in line. I understand slip ups, but this was just too many all together.
