“Delicious food. Methi pakoda and vegetable Manchurian is a must order in the appetizers. Baingan bharta and bajri no rotlo was amazing. Everything that we ordered turned out to be pretty amazing. Almost all the menu items are totally customizable as they make everything from scratch. Service was so good. “As someone whose go-to comfort food is any dish at Budi’s Sushi when I heard a restaurant was opening up in decatur and was All Halal I just had to stop by. The menu seemed intimidating at first glance, so many different dishes I’d never tried but I was more than pleased with my experience. I had the chicken soto, the pandan pancakes and the tempeh all of which were delicious and pretty good portions too. I shared with my younger brother and we had plenty of leftovers. The flavors of the Soto were so light and herbaceous and the sides of hoisin, chili and pickles paired perfect. The pandan pancake was as big as my head and was delicious especially with that syrup and the tempeh was really delicious considering I’m not the biggest tempeh fan. I’m loving the restaurant and will be back very soon to try the more dishes on the menu!”

“I have been trying to check out Corner Slice for a few weeks now. I walk by all the time and it smells amazing when they are open. However, I have tried to go a couple times only to find out they sold out and closed early. Some seriously delicious pizza though. I've never had Detroit style pizza from Detroit, but this is certainly my favorite Detroit style pizza from Atlanta. The super crispy edge is amazing.”

“Excellent! I’ve had average and good soul food in the ATL but The Kitchen’s food ‘hit the spot’! Shout out to my amazing server Ashley! She talked me into getting the chicken wing platter (my mind was set on the cajun pasta) and I was not disappointed! The wings were fresh, hot and tasty. “The most delicious vegan/vegetarian food in all of Atlanta's metropolitan area- period! Sometimes they have drumsticks on the buffer, if not, you can order them. They're my children's favorite and a rare treat. Their vegan cakes are so moist and rich, without being too sweet. I've been going to this restaurant for 16 years, since moving to Atlanta, and they have never let me down. Not fancy at all, so if you dine in you have to be prepared for their bathroom NOT being guest ready and dining room may be in disarray. Food- fantastic! And service is nice.”
