MEEMA'S BBQ

I have mixed feelings about Meema's BBQ. The barbecue itself was very good. We had ribs, rib tips, and pulled pork. The meat was tender and moist, with the ribs being properly done where there's some chew, they were not boiled and made too soft. The young lady working the counter was helpful with a complicated order, beyond mandatory customer service. So, kudos for meat and service. My problem comes in with the sides. Everything was sweetened. Collards, corn bread, baked beans, all really sweet. My wife said even the mac and cheese was sweet. Just too much sugar.
Incidentally, be careful with the spicy bbq sauce. It's very spicy, and I say that as someone who eats a lot of spicy food. You'll probably want to be sparing with it, or mix it into the regular sauce. Pretty tasty though, not making a complaint here.

We had it delivered today for the first time. The food was great and the potato was huge and delicious. We also had the pork and chicken and it was wonderful and tender. We will order from here all the time now. One of our favs...

Found this place today! Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. So glad we did! Great BBQ! Loved the collards and Mac and cheese. Great customer service, will be back soon!
