Located in Downtown Decatur, Parker’s on Ponce
Offers street parking ( there is also a public parking lot) with a nice stroll to downtown. I took my hubby to dinner for his birthday. He received a card wishing him happy birthday with a complimentary desert. The atmosphere has a nice romantic ambience without being too dark. Our waiter was well attentive. Upon delivery of food, the waitress asked to cut into the steak before leaving to make sure it was cooked to my hubby’s perfection. Parker’s has a wide variety of wine selections! I do wish they had more of a variety of food for picky eaters like myself. $10 for 2 shrimp was a little outrageous. They have a caramilized desert that was so delicious. Mitch the manager came over and introduce himself and asked if we needed anything. The best part was he was assisting the other workers with clean up.

Food is fantastic. Staff is wonderful. Ambiance is just right. Cleanest dishes I have ever eaten off of!

Great atmosphere. Seems like a lot of locals eat here weekly. Many knew staff by name. The NY strip was phenomenal!

You'll need to grab a Lyft or find parking on the street since they don't have dedicated parking or a valet. The host staff are fast and friendly and the dining area is cozy. The servers are prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. And the food is very good. At Parker's you'll enjoy nice steaks, tasty sides, and great service. A must see in downtown Decatur!

Greatt food and atmosphere. My steak was cooked to perfection.. probably the best I've ever had. The only negative was that it was pretty chilly inside for my preference. Definitely will be back ..great for a special meal! Service was wonderful and at no time did I feel rushed to clear the table after we were finished.
