They have transformed the old cakes and ale location into a hip restaurant. Love the idea of it being a farm driven restaurant with fresh meats and produce. Everyone was nice

The crispy rabbit was the dish of dreams! The duck was amazing! Even the bread that came with the charcuterie board was great! Great Gin cocktail that had a good juice flavor. The wine list is hard to choose from.

Food and service was excellent, gorgeous cocktails, nice room, 11' ceilings painted black are fantastic. Nice selection, not inundated with too many options, duck cooked perfectly. Night I was there it was packed but still able to be cozy and have a good vibe.

We had a very enjoyable first experience here and we cannot wait to return. The Family Platter (local cheeses, vegetables dressed in buttermilk, and house-made summer sausages) was probably the best charcuterie I have had in years. We had a very unique issue with our chicken being tough and rubbery, and I really appreciated the genuine concern shared by the kitchen and staff (apparently this can happen if the bird’s muscles tense up in their final moments). I have no doubt that it was an isolated incident. This is a great addition to the Decatur dining scene and I think they have a very promising future ahead.

We had an amazing experience on our first visit. The atmosphere is welcoming. The food is amazing. The staff is incredible. The wife and I are glad to have a new spot to frequent.
