“To go order wait was long, ordered 3 oxtail dinner 4 chicken taco...my dinner was Ok for me , my mom said it was good, my husband also said it was good and on the taco's my brother said they look good but he had not eaten them at the time of me writing this review...kinda expensive all though oxtails aren't cheap....didn't give receipt???ble.. “The company could do better by having designated waffle irons especially for those that want pecans in there better! It doesn't make sense for all the other companies out there who are trying to make an effort into catering to those who have food allergies oh, and this one does not from what I hear from employees around the metro area! Because not everyone in your restaurants clean their waffle irons with the spray that they have. Cuz I had one girl to tell me oh, well we clean hours I can't speak for someone else at another location! That's really sad so someone can have a pecan allergy or just a nut and seafood allergy and you don't clean off your equipment... That should be something put into place that the employees are required to do! Regardless of what they may think it when it comes down to it, it all comes down to the customer and whose money y'all were trying to get! I'm just being real about it you can hate my comment or not. But I know this this company needs to make a change if they want people to still continue to buy their five star or just a plain waffle! And also another issue is that if you are handling an allergen food, such as fish or nuts or whatever and you're touching it with your gloves and you go and touch something else or toppings for salad with those same gloves it should be required under the employee guidelines that you should change out your gloves after touching those items before going back into the containers or something else that doesn't have those allergens in it! I know people try to cut cost, but would you rather to be sued or 2 not get sued and to have someone who's going to be satisfied with their meal question mark you be the judge of that one. You have to put yourself in that customers shoes instead of always thinking about, not saying that it's wrong to not think about it, but you got to think about things like this in this day and time. So, until there's a change I won't be getting any more waffles from your restaurant or any restaurant under your chain. And also people let your servers know that you have allergies and if they can accommodate it by all means. You're welcome America! :-)”

“This location is 3 miles from us and it doesn't deliver to out neighborhood. We had just moved into our subdivision and they let us order only to call is back 20 minutes later to inform us we were told wrong and no one delivers to our address. Crazy, crazy, crazy. The pizza is good but no delivery is bad. In a day an age where you can now get burgers or even fried chicken delivered, this store's policy is ridiculous.”

“Really good food and it’s very quick to order and pick up. The only thing I will say is be careful when you order a meat and veggie dish (examples: beef with mushroom or chicken with broccoli.) The reason is because they give you TONS of veggies and almost no meat at all. I had a huge quart with 90% mushrooms and carrots, but could only find a couple pieces of beef, when it was supposed to be beef with mushroom. However, the food is really good, so I keep going back. I usually order a mainly meat dish now (seasame or honey chicken or something like that) and pay to get veggies on the side if I want them.”
