Mable's Barbeque Smoked Meat

If my family hadn't demolished the food I would show pictures. We love this place!! The ribs are always tender and the chicken is moist. The greens are seasoned and I love the peach cobbler n I don't eat anybody's other than my Granny's.

Great southern hospitality and delicious food. However I gave only 4 stars because it's a little pricey you get small wings and the combo not really a combo. Most combos come with a drink

This establishment stayed so busy with persons calling in and coming in... the line was out the door.
The vegetables were fresh, the peaches in the cobbler succulent, the meat tender and tasty, tea was sweetened just right, and service from the owners was over the top friendly.

I had the rib platter with cabbage and Mac n cheese. Both sides were very good. The mac was the eggier variety if you're curious. The ribs were very tender. I wish they had a dry rub on them, but that's a personal preference. I want a big fan of the sauce, but I got it on the side so no problems. It went well with the toast and cornbread, which I liked a lot because it wasn't sugary and had little kernels of corn in it.

Nice spot for takeout overall. It's close to me and I plan on being a regular, especially if they're open until 10 or 11 on some nights.

Amazing! Very friendly, prompt service. The corn is unique with a delicious flavor of butter and thyme. BBQ sauce is great. Definitely save room for the peach cobbler!
