Hines Signature Barbecue

If you are a fan of the BBQ PITMASTER'S show then this is your go to spot... they marinate their meats for 2 days and put them in a smoker where they use real hickory wood to cook low and slow for hours. You can actually taste the smoke in the meat which gives even more flavor to it. You don't even need the bbq sauce!!! Their ribs and pulled pork are a must try.

I have recently had a chance to enjoy the wonderfully smoked barbecue chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, and baked beans at HSB (Hines Signature Barbecue) and it was all excellent! As a native Texan, I have complained for a while about the lack of great barbecue here in Georgia...until now!

Hines Signature Barbeque is "EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD EATING!!!! The barbeque is extremely flavorable. Melts in your mouth! If you want to taste barbeque like your grandfather cooked using the old time smoker full of flavor and extremely moist and not overbearing with sauces then this is the barbeque place. I loved every bite. I'm an Alabamian and relocated from Washington, DC to Atlanta. The prices are extremely cheap for the quantity and quality of barbeque.
