    I can't taste the freshness in veggies and sauce, I wish I could more 1pepper for free

    I check the sanitation inspection grade of every restaurant I visit, including franchises like Papa John's. This one seems to keep an A score or at least an 89, therefore I keep going back. The pizza is, ehhhh (that goes for all Papa John's in my opinion) but it's a good location.

    I ordered a Hawaiian BBQ pizza but you forgot my pineapples. That was the whole point in me ordering that pizza, the pineapples. Didn't realize this until I got all the way home. Please pay attention to details.

    **UPDATE: someone reached out to me and offered me a free pizza for this mistake. That made me feel happy that they pay attention and are willing to correct their mistakes. Now that's customer service. Thank you!!!
