One can order items from the menu, or purchase items by pound to eat (similar to cafeteria style) for in house or takeout. All food selections are delicious. The bakery has an excellent selection of pastries/breads, the small market has a great selection of drinks and cheeses, miscellaneous fare. The ambience is nice and inviting. Not too brightly lit. Soft music in the background. Patrons of all races, ages, and status. A nice vibe for a franchise. Speaking of the staff, I, personally, have been in the situation of not being able to order a specific item. The service associate was very apologetic and offered a substitution/suggestion - FOR FREE! Her suggestion was delicious and is now one of my favorite sandwiches to order. ???? “Jersey mikes subs are a refreshing taste to the mouth. I couldn’t help but notice that they are none on the predominately black side of towns. There was one near my home near interstate 20. I got dressed and drove about 8 miles and when i got there it was closed. Now i have to find something else to fill that void. The one thing i love about jersey mikes is they cut the meat and cheese in front of you. It’s FRESH FRESH!!! It’s YUM YUMMY!!!”

“I like American Deli, like the good old USA herself their menu is a melting pot of various foods. I get whatever I'm feeling and I'm generally not disappointed. This time I had the lamb gyro which was great except for the ranch dressing they used instead of the transitional tzatziki sauce (maybe they had run out). Other than the sauce the sandwich was good and the meat and definitely lamb. The atmosphere was pretty basic and the customer service was polite. Overall I'd come back to this location again and maybe next time ask them to hold the ranch.”

“I love this restaurant! When the food is good, it’s outstanding! Tonight not so good. The rice wasn’t cooked. It had that bite to it when your rice isn’t cooked right. I had ordered a large dinner and the sticky mango rice dessert. That rice wasn’t even cooked and missing the extra dessert drizzle they also add. My avocado had black spots. The dinner tasted so bland and the meat was over cooked, tough. It gave me the impression that the owner wasn’t there so the love wasn’t there in my $27 dinner. Just saying that you guys need to be consistent and you will be great ! I will come back. But please stop making me gamble on my dinner. ????”
