“Found this spot by accident late after work tonight. Was surprised to see their drive through was open still, so I figured I'd give it a try. The gentleman who helped me was very nice. The jerk chicken was the most fall-off-the-bone tender and most flavorful I've had outside of the islands. The veggies were delicious and flavorful as well. I've found my new jerk spot. “My lady and I were trying to find a place with really good dumplings - however, we stumbled across Tenya Japanese Restaurant. We came in to a nice atmosphere, clean, and very friendly. Cink was super knowledgeable about their dishes and fluidly friendly. He is welcoming and he remembers people so you will have a friend on your next visit! He even came over and helped us take a picture together with the cool designs inside. The menu may be a little limited, but as my lady once told me... "Chef Gordon Ramsey says - Offer few items at excellent quality." Tenya offers excellent-expert quality with a unique fusion of food. Highly recommend this place! Go say hi and eat some food! I had the Curry bowl and it was awesome! We ate left-overs the next day and it still tasted really good!”

“First time anyone cared enough about the delicate crispiness of their 5-star chicken to tell me upon takeout, "Keep the paper bag open so the steam inside a closed paper bag will not diminish the crispiness!" Thank you for this lesson, Yummy Place! On top of that, the size of the chicken pieces was double anything I have ever seen! My mother and I could have easily split one piece! “I'm insane and have been waiting for this location by my house to open. I've tweeted them and dm'd them and finally it happened! Finally went and took my husband. He got the lamb pita and it was great. I made my own bowl, everything was delicious as usual. It's definitely new, and you can tell with the service. It wasn't bad by any means, but little things like not getting you the pita that comes with your bowl, and mixing up super vs. splendid greens. No biggies, I'm sure they'll iron everything out! The only thing that bugged me is that I asked for pickles and the employee accidentally put pickled onions on the bowl. I told her, and she went to throw the whole bowl out. I think she was told by the manager, but not sure. I asked her not to and that I'd just pick them off. I don't fault them, but I don't like that, especially at a place like Cava where "Food is a force for good." The level of nonchalantness toward food waste while partnering with organizations to reduce food insecurity is a turn-off. ESG initiatives are only great if you can walk the talk. It could be a great training opportunity.”
