Locos Grill & Pub

I was really fond of Locos Grill but I went to eat there Sunday June 2, 2019 and the service stunk!! I've gone here several times before and have gotten great service but Sunday was not good. We had to find someone to seat us, our waitress came and was a bit nonchalant, then it went downhill from there. Some how we ended up with another waiter, a guy, whom was very polite and helpful, he refilled our drinks.
Regardless of the slight mistreatment of our waitress, I still tipped her well and suddenly her entire attitude changed.
It wasn't so bad that i had to say something but it was noticeable.
One thing I hate, when I'm spending my money, is bad customer service.

Wow....Great food Great atmosphere!!!! The service has you feeling right at home. I would highly recommend them for a break from your norm.

Sit back relax...eat some great food and enjoy the moment!!!!!!

The slow roasted wing we awesome. Good service. California club was just what I wanted had it deconstructed minus bread!

I’ve been to Locos many times and while I have had some up-and-down service in the past these last several times we have been things seem to have improved greatly. We went last night with a party of nine and everything went off without a hitch, service was prompt and courteous, drinks kept up and food arrived in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good about our meal last night, thank you so much and the wings were superb as always

No complaints; I always like coming here to eat, even though I only do so on occasion.
