I have never had Indian cuisine and honestly I have been to afraid to even try it out of fear that it would be totally nasty, I would waste an entire meal and not to mention, I would be wasting money. I would rather not waste the food or money to be honest about it.

We told our waiter (server), for the PC folk out there and there's not a thing wrong with it, if that's what you choose. Anyhoo, he made some outstanding suggestions for us since it was our first time with this type of food and WoW! This guy hit the Grand Slam because both of our meals were absolutely phenomenal as was the appetizer we had. We had an amazing dinner with great service.

We will be returning back to the Peacock Bar & Grill to try a different meal and appetizer. We both had to bring home probably half of our meals because of the amount of food you are you are given, on our meals anyway, was entirely more than we could handle. For the appetizer, 2 meals, 2 orders of some awesome cheesy & garlic breads (2 separate breads) and 2 drinks was only $42.00 and some change. I thought that was very reasonable.

If you've never tried and you're afraid to even try, Indian Cuisine, take it from me, it's really good, what we had was anyway. Basically, what I'm saying is, let's don't be afraid to try and explore new and different things and this includes me also. If you're ever in the Area, Ga. area please stop by and check out the Peacock Bar & Grill. You will be glad you did. I recommend this restaurant, Bar & Grill to everyone. And thanks to the person who recommended that we give them a try. We loved it.

I hope everyone enjoys it when they go!

I have to agree with the other reviewers, the food has great flavors and the waiter was friendly and attentive without being too much in your personal dining space. Not a huge selection when compared with the lunch buffet at other Indian restaurants but everything was fresh and tasted great. The rice had some clumps but was still good and the small selection is why I rated a 4 instead of a 5. The three main dishes were all the same flavor profile. They needed some brown curry or tandoori chicken or some other flavor and i would have rated it a 5 even with the rice.
