(October 5, 2019, 9:45 pm)Great Food, service and management, who ACTUALLY does her job and wants improvements to be made and customers to be happy. Jessica is great and very nice and does her job. Me and my family actually visited a few weeks ago and the food was good but they forget something so I called and talked to Jessica and today she made it right and fixed and ACTUALLY cared.
People make mistakes and that's okay just as long as they fix it and do the right thing to make it right and learn from it and I can say with Jessica as manager she has DEFINITELY made it right and made improvements with her staff. See you next time Sonic of douglasville and BIG SHOUT OUT to Jessica, thank you and your doing a great job and for going above and beyond from the normal service of a fast food restaurant. . Keep up the great work!!! -
