    Icecream and food is generally good but the owners don’t seem to step in and help when something goes wrong. They didnt hand me part of my order and I didn’t realize it till I got home. I called and was told by the manager that they tried to hand it to me but that was not true at all. They held them till I got back and surprisingly they kept them nice and hot. Only thing I find truly odd is that they put their health score in the window but it’s from 2017.

    I'm giving this location three stars not cause of the ice cream/food but for the customer service. I understand you can't expect 100% from high school students but you would think a member of management (or someone older) would correct them. You can't even get your order out before they cut you off to ask you the size, drink, or etc. If you practice active listening I would be able to get to that.

    I understand a lot of chains are losing money but a closer look at management and subordinates would go a long way with customer retention.
