The Juicy Crab

We went Sunday night at 8pm was told there would be a 20 minute wait for 2 people, was only 5 minutes! Our waitress was sweet and friendly, made great suggestions for drinks, food, and kept great conversation while attending to us! We were so pleased with the flavor and service as well as the atmosphere! Great for family, groups, or even a young crowd! We will definitely be back again and again!

I drove from Birmingham on 8-17-19. The service was good. The food was average. I'm not a fan of double battered fried food. It was some what greasy. There were no salt or pepper shakers on the tables; it was only offered in the little paper packets. The meal for 5 was $139. I paid with a credit card and got a text alert that my card had been charged $169. I talked to the manager and called the credit card company. The card company said Juicy Crab added a $20 dollar hold fee that would be refunded in a couple of days. The place didn't meet the expectations of the hype I'd heard but I would return again and recommend to friends to try.

Went last night and I’m only giving 5 Stars because of the server I had. LaLa was my server and she went above and beyond for her customers. She handled situations with customers that could have went left the right way. I’ve only eaten at Juicy Crab twice. King Crab was the only reason I went the two times before but now it’ll be for more exceptional service. I’m not exaggerating, she’s literally the best server I’ve ever had anywhere.

The only problem I had was that there were two managers but only one acted as a manager.
Manager #1 with the red dress shirt on was exceptional! Checked on guest whenever he passed one. Helped out servers with whatever they needed!
Manager #2 wore a striped polo shirt and he literally just stood by the monitors. Didn’t see him check on customers, or help servers at all. His demeanor was not welcoming or friendly.

Nice atmosphere,amazing service. I'm not a crab legs fan but thankfully the menu has other delicious seafood to offer. The Shrimp basket didn't disappoint. The Sweet Tea is very sweet so next time I will order water instead. No wait time, food came out quickly. Everything fresh, hot & good.

This place had great affordable food! Be sure to order the juicy special sauce if you like a little spice get it medium. Otherwise its Hot! The foods great, service and staff are great too. Overall... a great place to eat.
