“I get drinks here often as I travel for work. They messed a coupon up this week and the manager Tammy was great about getting things made right. Great customer service . i didn't give 5 stars bc sometimes they dont have breakfast during breakfast hours and sometimes the drinks are not working properly. But overall a really food place for drinks and a quick snack!”

“Just fyi, this location will Not deliver. The website directs me to order from here as it is the closest to me. I wanted to surprise my Wife and 4 kids with a lunch delivery. I placed an order on Wednesday 2/20/19 for a delivery on Saturday 2/23. Saturday morning they called to say that they do not have a driver today. I understand these things happen. So I waited 2 weeks and tried again. I just received the same phone call this morning. I'm honestly not mad about it, just wanted to try to help save the next person's time and effort by informing everyone that this location will not deliver.”

“Most of the time the service here is great. Upon this visit, there was no sugar or black tea minus earl grey. Asked the lady tending to coffee if there is any, at the same time about 4 customers are trying to find sugar. Lady dismisses everyone as if she could care less. She does say the truck containing items is there but does so in a manner as if she will do it when she wants to, instead filling coffee that didn't need filled at that moment. All the while there is sugar by the soft drinks ( i found this out cause I was putting ice in my tea). This lady is has no customer satisfaction skills. We apologized for talking with someone about it. She had no emotion, or regard. If I return I will bring my own goods. As the issues could have been resolved and understood if she showed any interest in providing a cornerstone that ALOT of customers need to enjoy a cup of joe.”

I started to place an order at kiosk and the friendly staff member offered to "take care of me faster and better" at the counter. She was correct, and they had our food in a bag before I put away my wallet from paying. Many other locations could take notes on how this one presents itself to the customer.”

Then there's the speed of the store. They work fast at all times of the day. I haven't been inside because I don't usually have time, but my drive thru experience is fabulous!”
