    The food was good and service was good but my Bank Card was given to someone else and also the cost of their meal charged to my card.Fortunately, hours later, when the mistake was realized, we were able to resolve the matter. When I tried calling the restaurant, the phone was picked up and then hung up. I called back an hour later, got a response but the manager never came to the phone. I held on for 10 minutes. Also, they advertise, free pie Wednesday , but because I ordered a half BLT club and soup
    I was told that order did not include PIE.
    Customer Service is lacking.

    Stopped by after a long day to have dinner. Our server, Chevy, was great. He was attentive to all our needs and were in a large group. He got everything perfect! There was another gentleman helping, Demarco. OMG he was amazing. I was so impressed with him. His customer service, along with Chevy was wonderful. Well done guys!

    The 3 stars are for my Great Server Lea. Would have made it 3 1/2 to include the food. The hostess tried to seat me at a booth that was filthy. I pointed it out and chose another booth. I thought that since she saw how filthy it was she would have come back to sweep but no. I watched 4 other couples refuse that booth and the one across from it due to trash. I saw the manager and mentioned it. He sent a hostess to clean it. She swept but didn't wipe it down so another couple didn't want to set there. Finally some one else came and wiped it down. Manager not on top of things. But hey..my server Lea was Great!

    We used to go here every Saturday night for over 2 years. We haven't been in a couple of years because the food and service got so bad. We went tonight and it was delicious and our waiter was great. We asked for the manager so we could let her know how pleased we were. She said she got there 6 months ago to make things better. We told her there is definitely a difference. We'll be back.

    We arrived at 12:30pm...Our server was knowledgeable and friendly.
    Our order, with all of its changes and substitutions arrived as ordered, BUT It took OVER an hour for our orders to arrive and after eating, it took over another hour to get the check, box for take-out and receipt. The Chicken Salads were tasty as expected, but WHY it took over an hour to receive it, drinks and rolls is unknown. It was after 3pm when we were able to leave.
    The reason for THREE STARS is not only the elongated time for two salads, and drinks to be presented, BUT one of the waitstaff had to "round up & kill" a large brown bug on the carpet reported by customers seated across from us.
