The food & the prices are out of this world. The greatest homemade hamburgers ever. Great milkshakes with real fruit. I love it. I wish there was one in Summerville, Ga....
I've eaten here many times. We also love to get a milkshake as they have about 40 different flavors. They are usually good, but when we went there tonight it was obvious they had used spoiled milk in the shake. It was so bad my wife and I had to throw them away after just a few bites. Hopefully they will be better next time.
Quick and good very inexpensive food here. If on a budget the Cookout is a great place to feed a family of five for $20.
A word of advise though, don't be so heavy handed with the sugar in the sweet tea. For some it may be good but wow I almost died and had to pour it out lol. I will be doing half and half from now on.
Keep up the good work
We got shakes as a treat. Flavors were awesome and the portions we're a good size. Fast service in the drive thru. The watermelon shake was AWESOME!
I eat here on a pretty regular basis, 3-4 times a week. The lines move fairly quickly. The food is typically pretty good for the price. However, tonight was an instance that I feel really needs to be addressed. I ordered through drive thru and pulled to the window to pay. As I was waiting to pay for my food, I see a worker place a handful of food into his mouth, not once, but twice. But what alarmed me was that he was STILL HANDLING CUSTOMER FOOD WHILE CRAMMING HIS FACE!!! He didn't wash his hands. I informed the cashier at the window of what I just witnessed and informed him that I wouldn't be purchasing any food tonight. I then called to inform the manager. Upon speaking to the manager, he apologized and said he would address it. The crew member wasn't trying to keep his actions hidden due to the conversation he had attempted with the order taker around the mouthfuls of food. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be eating in food prep areas. I'm sure there is a time and a place for meal breaks, and the service line while waiting on customers definitely isn't it.
